Sattu ka sharbat
ye bahut hi healthy aur refreshing drink hai, especially garmiyon ke liye ЁЯМЮ
ЁЯед Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sattu (bhuna chana powder)
- 1 glass thanda pani
- 1–2 tsp nimbu ka ras
- ½ tsp kala namak
- ½ tsp bhuna jeera powder
- Namak swad anusar
- (Optional) thodi hari mirch ya pudina paste
ЁЯСйЁЯН│ Banane ka tarika:
- Ek glass me sattu daalein.
- Thoda pani daal kar achhe se ghol banayein (lumps na rahein).
- Ab baaki pani add karein.
- Nimbu ras, kala namak, jeera powder aur namak mix karein.
- Achhe se milayein aur thanda serve karein.
